Dr. Carlos Eduardo Lessa Brandão
Dr. Carlos Eduardo Lessa Brandão of Brazil joins CCGI's world-class faculty. He has lectured in many executive education programs for top management, teaching mainly: introduction to corporate governance, corporate governance and sustainability, governance and ethics. Carlos is a member of the boards of the Ethos Institute for Business & Social Responsibility and of Fundo Ethical. Carlos has an Executive MBA in Finance, is a Securities Portfolio Manager authorized by the Brazilian Securities Commission (CVM) and a Certified Board Member by the Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance (IBGC).
Alison Dillon Kibirige
Mrs. Alison Dillon Kibirige is one of CCGI's distinguished faculty members. A global expert on corporate governance (Governance, Ethics, CSR and Risk Management), Alison has worked globally for over 25 years as a governance professional, previously as Secretary to the main Boards of Unilever and Barclays in London. She is a Fellow of ICSA and a UK solicitor. Alison was awarded the 2013 ICSA President’s Medal for Meritorious Service, the inaugural ICSA Company Secretary of the Year award in 2005 and has also won awards globally for her work with shareholders.
Carlos Alberto Ercolin
Carlos Ercolin is one of CCGI's distinguished faculty members. Carlos holds a Masters Degree in Finance from Brazil and is currently completing a Doctorate in Corporate Governance from Argentina. Carlos is previously the coordinator of the Paraná Branch of the Brazilian Institute in Corporate Governance (IBGC). He Serves as President of the Fiscal Council and is a Board Member of several companies in Brazil. He is a Former Senior Consultant at World Bank Group/IFC implementing Corporate Governance in Mozambique. Carlos was previously the International Training Manager at Nestlé Headquarters located in Switzerland.
