Individual Membership is restricted to those who are interested in the promotion of good corporate governance, and who are:

• a director or alternate director of an entity with a minimum annual turnover or budget of US$150,000 ; or
• a company secretary of an entity with a minimum annual turnover or budget of US$150,000; or
• a senior executive with managerial responsibilities in the public sector, private sector, or non-governmental organizations sector;
• a partner, associate or senior executive of a professional practice relating to business, management, finance, trade, economics or other related field ; or
• a senior executive or senior manager in a national, regional or local government; or
• Academic personnel in an accredited tertiary institution.
