Organizational Membership

Organization Membership is for corporations interested in the promotion of sound corporate governance, and who wish to sign up their entire board of directors or officers as members of CCGI. The corporation must:

  • be a legally registered entity operating business activities in the Caribbean;
  • nominate directors or officers from their organization, each of whom must meet the requirement for Individual Member’.
  • Not for profit entities are required to submit proof of this status such as the entity's Articles of Incorporation. 

Fee Structure (no VAT applies):

GOLD       (Up to 12 directors and senior officers)

SILVER     (Up to 9 directors and senior officers)

US$1,520

or     TT$10,306

BRONZE   (Up to 6 directors and senior officers)

US$1,120

or     TT$7,594


Non-profit organizations may receive 50% off the annual membership fee applicable to their category.

All entities are subject to a one time application processing fee of TTD $325.00 or USD $48.00.
