5th Annual Meeting of the Caribbean Corporate Governance Institute

I look forward to welcoming each of you at the Institute's 5th Annual General Meeting (AGM).  Our AGM will be held as follows: 

Venue: The Kayak Room, Kapok Hotel, 16-18 Cotton Hill, St. Clair 

Date: Thursday 6th December, 2018 

Time: 4:30pm - 6:00pm 

At the AGM, we will discuss the Institute's performance for 2017. We will also table key resolutions that will be placed before our members to vote on same. 

It is also a key opportunity for members to assess the growth of the Institute, as well as interact with the Board, the Executive and fellow members over refreshments. 

Your votes do matter. Information about how to vote and attend the meeting has been be circulated. If you cannot attend the meeting, please vote by appointing a proxy.  Please do not hesitate to contact the Institute at (868) 221-8707 if any assistance  or additional information is required.
