Do you know if YOU are affected by the Companies Amendment Act 2019?

This new law now makes it mandatory for companies to submit new documents to the Companies Registry or face penalties which include fines and jail time. Every company and every shareholder should now consider whether they are affected by this new law which came into force on May 29, 2019 and introduced the new filing requirements – which had a deadline of June 28, 2019.

We invite you to attend this Breakfast Seminar to consider the implications arising from this new law and discuss how best you can prepare yourself and your company to ensure compliance.

All companies (with limited exceptions*) and their directors, company secretaries and other officers as well as shareholders are affected by this new law and should attend.

*Public companies with shares listed on the Trinidad and Tobago Stock Exchange are exempted from these requirements as are Companies listed on a regulated market.
