Event Terms and Conditions


The Caribbean Corporate Governance Institute ("the Institute") advertises its programs via digital and traditional media. The completion of our online registration form allows you to conveniently sign up for your desired event. The Institute accepts requests for attendance at our events by distributing our invoice within 24 hours of receipt of your details.  This is usually embedded in an email. However, we can provide a pdf format if required.  

REGISTRATION STATUS: The registration process for our programs can be conveniently accessed online by completing the electronic registration form for the respective event. We would be happy to help you with this process and can be contacted at (868) 221-8707 or info@caribbeangovernance.org.


PAYMENT: The Caribbean Corporate Governance Institute does not extend credit terms to our clients due to our not for profit standing. Invoices must be settled within fourteen (14) business days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated by the Institute.Spaces and materials can only be fully guaranteed upon receipt of payment. The Institute reserves the right to cancel a candidate's registration if payment is not made in accordance with this provision. 


CANCELLATION BY PARTICIPANTS: Cancellations received in writing up to 10 business days before the event, will be eligible for a refund of 100% of the registration fee.


LATE CANCELLATION BY PARTICIPANTS: We understand that  circumstances may arise that require you to cancel, however based on the attendant costs of the event, in cases of late cancellations – the following late cancellation fee rules will apply:

1.     Cancellations received in writing up to 5 business days before the event, will be eligible for a refund of 50% of the registration fee. 

2.     Cancellations received less than 5 business days before the event are not eligible for a refund. Parties are therefore subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the registration fee. 

3.     Refunds will not be granted for "no show" cases on the date of the event.


SUBSTITUTION: You may substitute participants at any time leading up to and including the day of the event at no cost. Please notify us via email at info@caribbeangovernance.org 


CANCELLATION BY THE INSTITUTE: The Institute may cancel an event at any time, without notice, for any reason, and without liability to registrants. However the Institute will fully refund the payment tendered.
